Fire Seals are one of the easiest ways to help improve fire protection in your business or home. By installing fire seals around doors, windows and other openings you can massively improve your fire protection. In addition to providing protection against fire, may of our fire seals also offer sound reducing properties. Fire seals can be extremely easy to install, many of which come with a strong self-adhesive backing which ensures a tight secure fit.

Our range of Fire Seals are available with 30-60 minute fire ratings, this means that they should be able to withstand flames for up to 30, or 60 minutes depending on your choice of fire seal. With a choice of colours available for many of our fire seals, you can choose a style that blends into your door, offering un-intrusive fire protection.

It's not only flames which can be extremely harmful when a building is on fire, there is also often a mix of toxic smoke which is released and be extremely harmful to your lungs. Toxic fire can come from a range of different sources such as melting plastics or metal. Therefore it is extremely important to install a smoke seal.

Our smoke seals are designed to help prevent toxic, harmful smoke from spreading through a burning building, extremely important if someone becomes trapped in a room. The majority of smoke seals will expand once they have reached a certain temperature; this helps completely seal a window or door from toxic smoke. Similar to Fire Seals that come with 30-60 minute fire ratings, which could make the difference between life and death.

With a choice of colours available, it is easy to blend our smoke seals into your doorframe surrounding without being intrusive of the door design, ideal for old and new buildings alike. Many of our fire seals and smoke seals are combined which means you only have to install one seal to prevent fire and smoke from spreading.

All of the fire seals that are available on our online store are tested to BS 476 part 20:22 for fire only and BS 476 part 31:1 for smoke leakage, giving a comprehensive combined fire and smoke seal.
